This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all programs and services offered through the Automotive Learning Platform, including dealer and distributor training, live sessions, simulation labs, hybrid learning, and AI-enabled role plays.
By enrolling in any program, you agree to this policy.
All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified. Once payment is successfully processed and access to the training dashboard, simulation labs, LMS, or course materials is provided, enrollment is considered confirmed.
Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our automotive training content and immediate access to learning resources, fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via the official email address within 48 hours of enrollment.
Learners may cancel their enrollment before access is granted. Once login credentials are issued and access to training materials, recorded sessions, or live programs has been provided, cancellation requests are not eligible for a refund.
The Automotive Learning Platform reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, live session, or batch due to operational reasons. In such cases, learners may be offered:
For live sessions and hybrid programs, attendance is the responsibility of the enrolled participant. Missing live sessions does not qualify for a refund. Recorded sessions, where available, will be made accessible as per program structure.
Certifications are issued only upon successful completion of program requirements. No refunds will be issued for failure to complete assessments, simulations, or participation requirements.
Refund requests due to medical or exceptional personal circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Automotive Learning Platform management. Approval is not guaranteed and may require supporting documentation.
