2. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for automobile industry employees, dealer and distributor teams, service advisors, and vendors. By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Access may include recorded training modules, live sessions, simulation labs, assessment tools, LMS progress tracking, certifications, and role-play activities, depending on the program selected.

Access to programs is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Fees

All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Automotive Learning Platform is not responsible for payment gateway failures or external transaction errors.

All fees are non-transferable unless stated otherwise in a separate refund policy.

5. Certifications

Learners are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions, forums, and interactions with trainers. Misuse of the platform, including harassment, abusive language, or dishonest behavior, may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

However, we do not guarantee business outcomes, placements, or specific career results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Modifications to Services
